Donau-Schwaben-Straße is the youngest of the residences in Passau with its inauguration in 1994. The residence is composed of six houses which are integrated in a quiet housing area. There are 242 single rooms, 80 of them are gallery rooms.
There are four different categories of housing:
- Doubletten (two residents share bathroom and kitchen)
- One Doublette is suitable for the disabled.
- Shared flats for three (three students share one bathroom and kitchen)
- Shared flats for eight (eight students share four bathrooms and one kitchen)
All rooms are connected to the
uni computer center (uni network and internet connection!).
