The Psychological Counseling Service of the Studentenwerk Niederbayern/Oberpfalz offers the free workshop "Overcoming Fears - Finding Safety" for students of the European Campus Rottal-Inn in Pfarrkirchen on 6 April 2023.
In the interactive workshop, techniques for coping with anxiety are practiced and helpful knowledge is imparted. Participants work on different levels: with the body, imagination and in small group exchange of up to 8 people. The workshop is suitable for everyone who wants to learn new things together with others.
