Nun gibt er im Workshop „Improvisation für alle Instrumente“ seine Erfahrungen weiter. Darin stellt er verschiedene Zugänge zur Improvisation vor.

Das ganze Leben besteht aus Improvisation, und Jeder und Jede tut es bereits von klein auf. Oft gibt es aber eine Hemmschwelle. Vor allem in der klassischen Ausbildung wird die Improvisation und die damit verbundene musikalische Freiheit vernachlässigt.

Ziel des Workshops ist es die Vielschichtigkeit von Improvisation und den einfachen Zugang zu ermöglichen und gemeinsam zu erarbeiten.
Alles was die TeilnehmerInnen benötigen ist ihr Instrument oder Stimme, alle Instrumente und Genre-Hintergründe sind willkommen – den Abschluss des Workshops bildet eine gemeinsame Jam Session aller Teilnehmer:innen. (Im Bandübungsraum sind ein Schlagzeug und ein E-Gitarrenverstärker vorhanden).

Christoph studierte in Passau Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften sowie Staatswissenschaften und gründete dort zusammen mit Leonard Ritschel das erfolgreiche Bandprojekt "More Than Neighbors", mit dem sie ihre ersten Auftritte auf der Bühne der Kulturcafete absolvierten.

He is now passing on his experience in the workshop “Improvisation for all instruments”. In it, he presents different approaches to improvisation.

The whole of life consists of improvisation, and everyone does it from an early age. However, there is often an inhibition threshold. Especially in classical training, improvisation and the musical freedom associated with it are neglected.

The aim of the workshop is to make the complexity of improvisation and easy access possible and to work on it together.
All participants need is their instrument or voice, all instruments and genre backgrounds are welcome - the workshop will end with a jam session for all participants. (A drum kit and an electric guitar amplifier are available in the band practice room).

Christoph studied media and communication sciences and political science in Passau, where he founded the successful band project “More Than Neighbors” together with Leonard Ritschel, with whom they played their first gigs on the Kulturcafete stage.
