Welcome to the tenant platform of the Studierendenwerks Niederbayern/Oberpfalz

Here you can easily update your personal usage data (e.g., phone number, email address, bank details, etc.) yourself directly and at any time online.

You also have the option of sending us documents such as your enrollment certificate as a .pdf or .jpg file (max. 5 MB). These will be assigned directly to your tenant file. This saves you and us time and money.

Please note that the tenant platform is exclusively for tenants with a valid rental agreement for a residential complex of the Studierendenwerk Niederbayern/Oberpfalz. Any requests without a valid rental agreement will not be forwarded.
