Tenants of the universities OTH Regensburg, HAW Landshut and TH Deggendorf may only give notice to quit for 28/29th February or 31st August of a year in writing with a time limit of 2 months .

The tenants of the universities Regensburg, Passau or TUM Campus Straubing may only give notice to quit for 31st March or 30th September of a year in writing with a time limit of 2 months.
