The Studentenwerk‘s smallest residential complex has been providing an almost familiar atmosphere with its 20 accommodations since 1981. As living forms, complete single apartments, five single apartments with a private bathroom as well as 12 apartments in shared-living flats are available. In the flat shares, both the kitchen and the bathrooms are used jointly. Two apartments in a shared-living flat for two occupants complement the housing offer.

As a highlight, the residential complex provides a private garden with a large terrace, which invites the occupants to get together and do a barbecue in a pleasant atmosphere.

Further information:
It is possible to do the laundry in a room with washing machines and dryers for collective use on the ground floor of the house. There are parking spaces for bicycles.

There are no parking spaces for cars.
